Your date is confirmed once the booking advance mentioned on your package is received via UPI, IMPS, NEFT or RTGS. Fill the booking form and our team will share payment details and confirm within 24 hours.
Cancel 30+ days before the event for a 75% advance refund, 15-29 days for 50%. Under 15 days the advance is non-refundable but can be converted once into a 12-month credit note. Read the full Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Yes. One free reschedule is allowed if requested at least 10 days before the event, subject to crew availability. Further reschedules may attract a 10% re-planning fee.
Previews and teasers are shared before the balance payment. Final masters are released on full settlement of the balance.
Yes. We shoot pan-India and at destination venues. Tell us the city and venue in the booking form and we will confirm crew availability.
Raw footage and final films remain your private property. We use excerpts in our portfolio only with your written consent.
